I just got an older bow in really nice shape. It is set up with an overdraw and two prong rest that I'm not comfortable with. So, I'm going today to find some longer arrows and a new rest. My past bows have all had a whisker biscuit but I'm curious how the capture style compares. Just want something inexpensive and easy to set up.

I've tried both and they both work fine. My son shoots with a whisker and I shoot with a QAD. If you are going for inexpensive the biscuit should do. -
Personally you cant beat a biscuit, i have always hunted with one but now i shoot with a qad and to be honest i cant tell a differenceComment

I have used both....my son is using a Bisquit on his bow now.....I currently am using a rip-cord.....personal preference. Both type work well.....
