Attention all clubs

I am taking ads for the 2013 Texas Archery Guide.
Many clubs are having their last club shoots coming up and I wanted to make sure you have a chance to discuss it before hunting season scatters everyone. The ad deadline is the week after the ASA qualifier schedule comes out, usually late November and payment due at the end of the year.
If you want to make sure we contact your club or know your club will be in it, post your club's name here or send me a PM with contact info. We will be contacting clubs in through out the fall.

How to get started?

Not trying to Hi -jack this thread. I'm new here so I can't post threads or PM yet. I want to start shooting 3-D (yea, new meat). What is the best way to start. Cinnamon Creek set me up with my equipment. I guess, I can start there. Looks like nothing really till after hunting season?

Buzzsaw,yes I would recommend CCR for 3D shooting until January. The clubs will start up again in Janaury and February. The ASA qualifiers will start late January or early February.
Since you are in Frisco, you might try the Texas Archery Academy in Plano. They have indoor spot (paper target) shoots and 3D indoor shoots and I believe they have leagues for both. TAA is open 24/7 BTW. They are now afflicated with the Texan Archery Club which shoots at the Elm Fork Shooting Complex. They do both 3D and field archery.

Thanks Pistol, Yes, the Texas Archery Academy is one reason I'm up to my ears in archery. My daughter and I went there for their intro to archery class. We both really liked it. In fact if work permits I'm going there Friday afternoon for some practice. It's allot harder than I thought it would be, especially with 60 year old eyes! Look forward to meeting you soon, next will be a bow for my 22 year old daughter......
