Excellent, excellent, excellent. Good thick slices, slightly meatier taste than pork bacon. Otherwise, it is everything you want from bacon, absolutely nothing like turkey "bacon," which is pretty uniformly terrible. It fries the same, has the same texture, and smells the same as pork bacon... except it's not pork.
If you want bacon, but you don't want pork, you've found it. You will not be disappointed.
