Vanes hitting something?

Just bought a used bow and getting it set up. I noticed the rooster vane was marked up and sure enough it is hitting soemthing on release. Arrow is flying stragiht and hitting accurate but there is a distinct noise and mark. Any ideas on what is happening and how to fix it?

put some lipstick on the edge of all 3 vanes, or something that will rub off on whatever is being hit.

Vane is up. Trophy taker pronghorn rest. Only hitting the rooster vane.

Would have to be hitting your sight, as there is nothing else for it to hit in the up position. Now if it were a hen then it could be several things.

could be but it looks like a black mark and I can't see any markings on the site.
