Would you all help me out with some ideas for my doe I took yesterday? I plan on cutting the backstraps into thin sliced steaks and will cube the meat from the hind quarters. I'l love to hear the ways you all like to prepare venison like this. I'd love to do some kind of smothered steak over rice or mashed potatos. Thinking about some kind of stew, chili, or meat tips with a gravy for the cubed pieces.
