    1 cup corn

Slice the potatoes thin and put in large skillet pour oil in to coat potatoes as needed, cook on med heat, if the potatoes burn reduce heat.... cook till soft (these take the longest start these first)

In a med skillet slice/dice/cut Onions put in 2 tsp butter add crushed garlic to onions, cook till translucent.
when onions are cooked, put into potatoes mix by folding don't mash.

In the onion skillet, put 1/2 cup BBQ sauce and roll sausage till covered and cook on med heat, (Turn potatoes) turning to brown all sides,(don't let the Sauce cook hard reduce heat if burning the BBQ sauce) (Turn potatoes) now, once browned, remove and slice into 1/4 wide medallions(sharp knife is needed) add another 1/2 cup BBQ sauce and 1/2 cup water, (Turn potatoes)
Mix in skillet till BBQ sauce is a thick liquid (not runny) put in sausage and cook on high till sausage is done this will also thicken sauce too. (turn potatoes)

Add corn and peas to potatoes and fold in.

Spread sausage and BBQ sauce over potatoes and fold and covering potatoes completely.

    Serves 4-6.
It's great as left overs too. you can add more or less of any thing on the list or add what ever you like. It the only way

I can almost guarantee it to get wolfpup to come home on the weekend it's that good.
