So we all know that dove, peppers, cream cheese wrapped in bacon is darn good. Dose anyone have any other ways to make it that's just as good or better? Just tired of the same ol' same ol'

breast the dove and put it under the bacon.( take a whole pepper ,a cup of woistashire, a cup of A1 , 1tsp of tonys creol, 1 tsp of black pepper , and 1 tsp of chyanne for alittle extra kick if needed. blend all and baste while cooking on grill and it will knock your socks off.) this is mine own recipe.

            A good one I found----
~ 1 cup game bird, boiled, deboned and cut into bite size pieces. Reserve the broth.
~ 1/4 cup soy sauce, plus 1 tbsp
            ~ 1 tsp corn starch
~ 1 tsp sesame oil, not a blend
~ 1 tsp red wine vinegar
~ 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts
~ 1 tsp green onion tops, chopped
            ~ 1 tbsp oil
            ~ 1 tbsp ginger root
~ 1 tsp red pepper flakes
            ~ 1 cup game broth
            ~ wild rice
            ~ game broth

            * Cook the wild rice per package directions substituting game broth for water. Keep 1 cup of broth back to use later.
            * Marinate the meat in 1 tbsp soy sauce and corn starch. Set aside.

            * Combine the 1/4 cup soy sauce, sesame oil, 1 cup broth and red wine vinegar together. Set aside.

            * Combine the green onion and peanuts. Set aside.

            * Heat the oil over medium high heat and sauté the ginger root and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds.

            * Add the meat and marinade. Stir fry for 1 minute.

            * Add the other liquid ingredients and stir until translucent.

            * Add the green onion and peanuts. Stir until combined.

            * Serve over the wild rice. Serves 2-3.

            * Enjoy!

We did that a a couple years back and it turned out very good.
Also take the dove, 1/4 slice of a pepper, pepperjack cheese and a shrimp wrapped up in black peppered bacon.

Dredge them in seasoned (with whatever you want) flour and Deep-fry them. Fry up some fries, rings, or pickles ro go with them. It's Good Stuff.

I like to wrap them in bacon, place them in a tall sided aluminum boat, and pour your choise of bbq sauce over the birds/bacon. have your smoker heated and ready to go (I like mesquite wood) and let them smoke for a while. My kids eat them like candy, and it is easy too!
