chorizo

Thought I'd share
1 lb ground meat
1 tablespoon chili powder
1\2 teaspoon cumin
1\4 dried chili or cayenne
1 tablespoon onion, minced
1\2 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon white vinegar

mix all ingredients together. If you use pure venison use a little oil to keep it from sticking. I salt to taste, then mix with scrambled eggs and hot tortilla....enjoy

Well thanks. I am going to try that. I like chorizo. When camping we always make chorizo and egg burritos in the dutch oven. We also add a can of sliced potatoes to the mix.
