    Suggestions from the Pros !

Recently got a wild hair to buy a bow, I've hunted for over 15 years with a 25/06. And after trying my friends, daughters bow a Hoyt Vicxen, and hitting the target every shot, I'm hooked ! Of course, just shooting for the first time and the longest shot was only 30 yrds, but boy was I pumped. Just wondering if anyone could give me some ideas on a good womens bow without the expense of a Hoyt? Would appreciate any ideas !

I would suggest finding one you like, like the Hoyt and look for a used one on ebay or Craig's list, I bought a used Mathews on ebay and it turned out real good. Oh gosh, check the classifieds here on TBH, duh???

Think about what you want to spend total!! Bow, sites, rest, arrows, quiver, sling, tips, bhs, and maybe a case. Now find one that fits that bill. Some new some used are going for under $400.00 total.

Try the Diamond Razor Edge. You can get one fully rigged out at Bass Pro for $329.

my wife has shot both the hoyt kobalt and the diamond razor edge. She likes both but her favorite so far has been the kobalt with the short axle to axle and the wieght it has been her favorite bow so far.

X2 on the Parker SideKick XP (the pink one), my wife shots the Edge. Great beginner's bow for women in my opinion.

the diamond edge has a program that comes with the bow, you can upgrade the limbs to the next weight up or whatever weight you want, so for example, my son's was purchased last year with the lowest poundage and now i will take it to BPS get them to take the limbs off, send them into to diamond with 49.00 and they will return two more limbs at whatever poundage i want, the plan is for the bow to grow kids and folks.
