Ever have about half of one of those rotisserie chicken's left after a meal?
Well my g/f dosnt like leftovers, or dark meat, but i grew up in a house and around grandparents that ate leftovers all the time. Anyways, i found a way to use the rest of the chicken that my g/f will eat. Some folks may already do this but just thought id share.
Separate remaining chicken meat from bone
1 can of cream of potato + 1/2 can water
1 can of cream of chicken + 1/2 can water
add any fresh or frozen veges that you like, (carrots, green beans, corn)
1 can of rotel and green chilies
mix in chicken pieces and get temp up as to cook the veges and mix flavors, season to taste
in a baking pan/dish layer the bottom & sides with cresent roll dough, and bake
after all ingredients are cooked pour into pan/dish, cover top with cresent roll dough, bake till top dough is done, let cool for a few minutes and serve.
Also works great for leftover turkey after thanksgiving, and Christmas, or hamburger meat for beef pot pie
