    Joey's Bacon/Sausage/Shrimp Alfredo

    Ingredients:

    1/4 package of bacon
    Half link Prasek's Jalapeno Smoked sausage (peeled and cubed into little pieces)
    1/2 white onion (quartered)
    Small carton of small shrimp (peeled and de-veined)
    1 lb medium egg noodles
    2 jars of Ragu Roasted Garlic Parmesan Alfredo sauce
    1 can Rotel (drained)

    Start 4 quarts of water with teaspoon of salt boiling in large pot.
    Fry bacon in skillet, remove from grease and crumble. Set aside on paper towel in plate.
    Fry onions and sausage in bacon grease. Remove from grease and add to bacon.
    Fry shrimp in bacon grease. Remove from grease and add to bacon and sausage.
    Add noodles to boiling water and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Drain noodles when done.
    Add alfredo sauce, Rotel and meat to noodles. Stir and simmer.

    Season how ya want, but I used garlic, black pepper, Slap Yo Momma, Ranch seasoning and Julio's seasoning.

    Serve with Texas Toast and garlic butter.

          Did you drain the rotel before adding it, or add all that water/juice in with it?

            2 parts pork cant go wrong with that and to top it off w/ shrimp & alfredo sauce..... might have to try it tonight.
