Have you contacted the company and told them you forget the password, I am sure thay have a way to re-set all passwords, like hold the button for "x" number of seconds or hold two buttons at the same time, etc.....

Bushnell sux!!I had 1 of their cameras that I bought with a gift card and forgot the password I called them and they told me if I can find my receipt and send it to them then they would reset it when I could not find my receipt I was told that they could not help me!!!!!!Piece of SH-T ,I will never buy anything with the Bushnell name on it ever.....I couldn't do it but I heard you can just take it back to the store and say it doesn't work if your conscious will let you, I gave mine away and as far as I know he still never got it to work....Chunk it, and cut your losses, and buy a Cuddeback better product and customer service by far....SORRY for the rant....Do whatever you want....

I don’t have a Bushnell, but in the defense of the camera manufactures the codes they place on these are for the owners to prevent a 3rd party from taking your equipment and calling up saying I forgot my code. Kind of like cell phone doing away with SIM cards where someone can’t take a high dollar cell phone, then just swap out cards and presto.

It stinks when a legitimate owner can’t prove they are indeed the owner. I keep a filing cabinet for hard copies and also electronic images of all warranties, receipts and things like that.
