    Black Bean Korn Salsa ~ Momma AP

    Momma APs Black Bean Korn Salsa

    Ingredients:
    1 can extra hot Rotel (undrained)
    2 cans regular Rotel (drained)
    1 can whole kernel korn (drained)
    1 can pinto beans (drained & rinsed)
    1 can black beans (drained & rinsed)
    1 small purple onion (chopped)
    2 limes
    6 avacados (cubed)

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Sqeeze limes over avacados, so they will not turn brown.
    Season with Tony Cs, black pepper and garlic powder.
    Ultramatic Feeders

      I couldn't stop eating this stuff at Bownanza.

                This thread at the top finally caught up with us as well. My wife made it this evening and we shared it with our neighbors.....it was awesome on a summer day!

                    Joey, we have made this a few times and it has always been a hit. My teen daughter likes so much that she made some for the salsa competition at the County fair this past tuesday. 1st place my friend. Thats also out of 27 entrys. Momma AP done good. Thanks for sharing the recipe with all of us to enjoy.

                      Stuff is addictive..had it in Florida while on vacation a few weeks ago(hit to all that tried). Wife mixed up a batch last night and it rocked tonight with homemade enchiladas!
