Best method to disinfect water well after flood?

Flood water got over concrete casing, all the way to the pump. Motor never got wet. This is a 2 " shallow well (66') with a jet pump. What's the correct method to make sure it's potable?

If mine I would let it pump an hour are more than call it good. That's just me.
