Aerial archery

With the 3D season coming almost to an end, I've had the bug of aerial archery.

Any tips on beginners, should I start aerial or ground moving targets?

on the fletching should I stick with 3 or 4 full length feathers? 4 seem to do a lot of tear on my bow.

Where do you get your targets and how to throw it.

I use five 5" full height feathers.
