Tried this tonight, and feel like I'm gonna pop !
1/2 lb. of ground venison
1/2 lb of ground pork
Mix together well, with about 3 tablespoons of your favorite seasoning
Break-up an entire packet of saltines into tiny pieces, also mix with seasoning
( A 1 gallon zip-loc bag and a rolling pin works well )
Beat 3-4 eggs (like scrambled)
Take meat mixture and form hambuger-sized patties
Dredge in eggs, then cover both sides heavily with seasoned cracker crumbs
Fry in hot oil, until done.
Make a batch of mashed potatoes, and some peppered cream gravy
Green beans & Iced tea, and be careful, your tongue will try to slap your brains out !
