Favorite "Off the Box" Recipe

What is your favorite "Off the Box" recipe?

For me it is the Onion Roasted Potato's on the back of the Lipton dry onion soup mix. Some chopped potatoes, olive oil, and a package of onion soup mix and presto, the best potatoes I know how to make. We have this fairly often but the other night I got to thinking, everybody should try this. So what is your favorite that everyone shoud try?

Skillet Breakfast Casserole

1 pkg. Pioneer Sausage Gravy
4 cups tater tots
1 tbls vegetable oil
1/2 cup sausage, cooked and crumbled
1-1/2 cups water
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbls green peppers, minced

Preheat oven to 350*. Heat oil in a 10-12" oven proof skillet. Brown tater tots 3-4 minutes, remove from heat; evenly sprinkle on sausage and green chile peppers. Whisk gravy mix into water. Beat eggs into gravy mix. Pour evenly over tater tots. Bake 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle on cheese, bake another 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Makes 4-6 servings.
