That's an awesome looking place. We used to hunt a few miles to the east on 209. Seems reasonably priced, but what in tarnation are you doing listing this with a realtor. Haven't you seen all the posts from folks saying that realtors are useless and don't earn their commissions???

Thanks guys. I really hate to sell it but things change over time. Kids are off at college, going to college, super busy with sports. Been blessed with a growing company that just takes way more time than it used to. I think it will make a great place for someone who has a little more time to put into it as I once did. It’s turnkey. Everything stays except a very few personal items.
