Sea salt & fresh cracked black pepper. Let sit seasoned for a hour or so on the counter so its not cold/room temp. Let rest 10 minute for a plate full of juices for dipping is a must. We all love dipping!
AC, you should really try the "Killer fajita recipe" in the recipe section. I've tweaked it a bit (less salt than stated) but you'll probably never cook fajitas any other way.
