Health Transformation - Year In The Making!

So I began my health transformation journey end of December 2018.

When I saw myself in this first pic below in December 2018, it really was eye opening. I had let myself get heavier than I’ve ever been.

Somewhere around the 252-255 pound mark at age 32 and 5’11”

    I graduated HS at 189lbs.

It helped that my wife had began her weightloss/health journey 45 days prior to me beginning end of 2018.

Started with Keto because it worked wonders for us. I shed 20lbs from Dec 20th to February 9th.

February 9th is when I got back in to the gym 3-4 days a week.

From mid February till mid November 2019 I lost another 35ish pounds.

Putting at an all time low since HS at 192lbs.

I fluctuate a little 3-4 pounds but overall I have kept it down between 195-199lbs on a weekly basis through the holidays.

Trying to do 2-3 days in the gym a week.

My wife and I had to do a true lifestyle change. She also has lost 58lbs in a year and is at her HS weight as well. Even more muscle tone and leaner than her HS graduation. She’s a freakin rockstar!

Come January 8th I will do a 28 day detox to reboot my system.

Just want to say that if I can do it, anyone can.

I am an outside sales guy and on the road daily.

It takes a lot of discipline that I never knew I had.

Had a lot of support and info from the green screen as well. So much great info and so many great success stories to help me get through the tough weeks.

Looking forward to a healthy 2020 and so glad to be able to be super active with my boys now without being out of breath.

We use a product line daily called Pure Genesis

We have done multiple 7 Day Detox schedules, it’s amazing the results and you keep off the weight post detox around 75% of what you lose.

It’s not for weight loss it’s for a body system reset.

I feel like a million bucks after I’m done. Energy levels through the roof.

If not, that was one hell of a month's difference. [emoji16]
