Good Costumer Service!
Purchased a Moultrie A 30, 3 yrs ago. It has been replaced with a new one for the third time. No questions asked.
But wish camera would last more than a year.
Glad I have more cameras out!!!

Hold on just a minute. I have one in the closet that doesn't work, how did you go about it? And did you need proof of purchase? I used moultrie for a long time but I had problems with them so I gave up.

Met the Moultrie rep at the TTHA show last weekend. He offered to replace my broken 990i.

I've sent 3 cams back that were under warranty. Free replacement with new cams. I had to pay the shipping to ship the broken cam to them but still good customer service. Took about a week to get the new cams from when I sent the broken ones in.
