an elderly friend of mine was flats fishing in the Fl Keys when they we buzzed several times by a jet ski. My friend threw a live crab at him laying his braid line across the guys neck, ejecting him off the jet ski. The jet ski driver then waded over to their boat to whip my buddies butt, but met the pointy end of a push pole to the chest.

Jet skier may not have seen the boat. You can see the sun was setting in the direction he was going as the guy fell into the water.

Still inexcusable. If he couldn't seet a boat in front of him he shouldn't have been going that fast.
I bet he was trying to spray the guy in the boat and misjudged his timing.
