Red River age and is it legal

So I have been aging and guessing score/legal width for a year and just want to confirm my thoughts.

This buck is a has pretty poor genetics compared to the rest of the bucks we have around. I would like to have him off the place before rut.

    Is he legal? Age?

      Too close. I'd pass

Technically the 2 spikes in the first picture would be perfectly legal.

Needs to be culled....just not legal to do so. He's not even close to 13".

              11.5 - 12"

              3 1/2

That is what I thought. I have him at around 12.5" based on our past deer.

I am not into shooting the young deer and we have better deer just not in the pictures shown.

I have him at 4.5 again based on our deer

I think your gonna have to give him another year. I bet he's 5-6 right now.

That deer looks 4, but I think he is a fat 3 year old
