    White Rhino Barbeque

A couple of weeks ago we guided a couple of hunters going after rhino.

After the rhino was down the skinner started working but it was not long before a small fire was going.

    The recipe is the following:

Cut about fist size peaces of meat from the rhino and put on fire.

Wait until dark brown turn over and do the same.

When done take meat of the fire and eat.

These guys were enjoying the meat so much I had to try them my self.

    Not bad at all.

I thought white rhinos were protected or endangered...

I don't know, just a city boy thinking he knows something.

The only stupid question is the one not asked.

They are protected but not endangered anymore.

If you do the paper work and willing to pay $20 000 US then you may hunt a Rhino.

The saying "Hunters Pay For Conservation" is 100% true.
