I've had shoulder problems for the last 15yrs and have been shooting 45-55 lbs the majority of the time. I've had much success with Hellrazors and Snuffers. Both are COC heads. I have even used Slick Tricks and they have done OK on pigs. They have more of a point rather than a chisel tip. I have recently started shooting Quad Exodus and they have worked very well too.

With low poundage bow you should use a cut on contact BH and not a chisel point.
Try to find one that shoots the exact same place as your field tips.
