I'm in again Mike. We had to shuffle a few things around but will be there. I'll get the shirts made, and bring a pile of fish, and whatever else we need.

We're coming this year. I've probably fried a fish or 2 in my lifetime. I have no idea how any of this works but can figure it out!

We'd be happy to have ya slew! We've got some old pros that have an assembly line established. And can always use another hand to help hand things off.

I might bring a gallon or two of home grown okra, if we've got anybody interested?

I also hear Team Gator might stop by to drop some gator in some hot oil too.

Slew, your tables will be greatly welcome. I'll add you on the table supply list.

Fish wise we usually cook about 60-65 lbs fillets. We have cooked over twice that much in the past pending crowd size. And it didn't include taters and everything else. Just bring whatever you want in fish. I imagine those 2 gallons I've got are about 6-7 pounds of fillets. I'll be trying to get more before Nanza.

As to batter bowls and mixing bowls, we've got that covered in the team box and the big rectangular mixing tub I have for dry batter. As for batter, Clint usually brings his home made vacume sealed premix batter. But we'll have to wait and see if he's coming this year. Hopefully he'll chime in soon.

Tim, I'll get your tables and canopies on the list when I can get it updated.

I'm thinking we'll be good on aluminum serving pans with lids too. But will have to look in the team box to confirm. I know I've got plenty of sterno racks. But not sure on sterno yet. Think there is a lot of flour and cornmeal in my freezer too, from last year.

I have some aluminum pans to serve in if needed! If somebody else has tables to serve off of might want to use their's instead! Mine are clean, kinda!

I can bring a bottle of propane as well. I have a big cajun fryer but it won't fit under the bedcover on the truck so I hate to bring it and leave it sitting out at a hotel all night. I have a 3 gallon jug of oil I will bring as well.

OK. Got inventory done this morning. Here's what we already have (where it says "We good; team has ...."). And what we could use/need. There are a few things we will not need as we already have plenty from inventory (such as paper towels, aluminum pans, ect). I know, that sounds kinda redundant.

We still have some regular Long-timer members who have not yet posted. We'll give-em another couple of weeks to see if they gonna jump in this year.

We usually start setting up around 8:45 or so. Then start dropping fish in oil about 9:00-9:15. Usually have several Cajun fryers going. But you're welcome to bring yours if you like. As we always have plenty to cook. The sooner we get done cooking, the sooner we can go mingle with other teams.

Pics?

I'm gonna have to get out there to HC someday. Heading to the big B river again in the morning.

The fish are biting, and there's hogs to be kilt. Gotta go!
