Anyone else going to watch? Sure hope this is successful and doesn't go boom. Its going to send a Tesla Roadster in an orbit around the sun.

I've been tracking. Always looking for a good excuse to waste time at work.
I am also a big fan of the recent uptick in space travel. It seems like we are making some head way again.

What are the delays based on?

Oh man, I don't know why, but I geek out on this stuff. I'll be watching. I guess it's because it's that space and deep, uncharted ocean dives are really the last exploration we have left.

Upper level wind shear is what SpaceX stated.

I was going to schedule work in FL close by for this one but the only AL appts I cannot reschedule turned out to be this week. I have seen the rockets going up from about 40 to 60 miles but really want to see a launch. There is a video of the static engine test in this link.

Launch window closes at 3:00 central so lets hope they get it launched!
