          I don’t cast the handle material. I leave that to the casting pros! But yes, I’m sure they use alumalite with color dyes. It’s a fun process. It’s best to place in a pressure cooker if you have one

                I wonder why you couldn't just use a vacuum chamber to pull out the air bubbles? I need to google that

                      And the reason is the Alumilite sets up too fast and a vacuum chamber takes too long to get the bubbles out before the epoxy sets. I guess air pressure being instant so it squeezes the bubble so small you can't see them
