Ironic that this thread came back up, today ... I got these pictures, in an email this morning.
This "dish" was made by a former employee, and the pictures sent to a current employee, here. Story is, the guy is a great chef and will cook just about anything. This "dish" was cooked for and served at a company function! ![]() |

I have a few cookbooks from the 60's that are for wild game and they have some really awesome recipes in them. Look for those at Half Price Books or second hand stores.
I have another one that is much later - published around 2005?? It is a lot of entertainment value - conservatives guide to making liberals sick, for sure but it is all cookbook. I'll see if I can find it and post it. |
