Harvey fence rebuilders might try this

I had just built a new cedar privacy fence when Hurricane Claudette hit Victoria I think in 2004. I used the metal post, Claudette bent them all over at about 90 degrees. When I rebuilt it, again with metal post I filled them all with dry sac-crete cement. I just let the humidity set it. Well Harvey didn't bend a single post and we had well over 100 mph winds here on the west side of Victoria. Some are leaning but none bent in half. I had one post snapped in half..........right where I didn't get enough cement inside. Just a thought if any of you are re-building fence.

Good idea. Sure would hate to be the guy to ever have to take those things out of the ground though.
