We pay $300 total to put up and take down, but we own all of the lights and store them ourselves. Also, it is my yard crew that does the work.

They do the entire roof line (5000 sq ft 1.5 story), all of the peaks, and wreaths. I do everything in the yard and front fence.

I charge $3.50 a foot for new c9 LED light install, then around $1 per foot labor after that for a 6 pitch roof. 8, 10 and 12 pitch roofs are at least twice that. Incandescent C9s are about 1.50 per foot.

Some are getting great deals for $120 or $180. I'd say my average new LED bulb job is $500-1500, and $300-500 after the first year.

Anybody recommend a good Christmas light guy around Tomball?
I pay $210 for the front and side of 4k sq ft house. Been paying that for 3 years.

The franchise I worked for was 270+ companies in the US & Canada. We had multiple million dollar producers. Our average 3 year old franchise made $200k between oct and Dec 15th, with takedown scheduled for Jan, weather permitting
