            I've always had good luck with corn cob clogging mine up...without trying!

            JK...plastic shopping bags work well.

              Wipe the corn dust off around the bottom of the barrel and use long pieces of duck tape. I also cross and overlap a couple pieces to be safe.

                Newspaper, sack, sock. Just make sure it’s strong enough to tug back out. Also, be careful and don’t strip out the aluminum on your spinner plate.

                            Drain it all into a dozen 5 gallon buckets, then refill when you're done, immediately realize the tape would be alot easier.
