    3 hours today weights and cardio

      Knocked out Cardio and core

      2.75 mile jog, awesome core routine, few calf/shin exercises, then finished with 6 mins of high level stairs

        Yesterday was a rest day.

        This morning was chest and tri's

        .75 mile jog for a warm up

        BB Bench
        DB Bench /// Seated dips
        Incline cable flys /// tri extensions (rope)
        Decline cable flys /// overhead extensions (rope)
        Mch dips /// Mch bench

        Tire flips /// push ups to end

          Drove to Abilene and back yesterday visiting in-laws and other relatives. It's not the drive that's exhausting, it's meeting all those people! LOL! I slept like a rock and darn sure wanted to finish it off when the alarm went off at 4:15. I talked momma into it and we made it in this morning. She does crossfit stuff M-W-F and I lift things up and put them down all the time.

          Chest and biceps today. Treadmill, bicycle, hip adduction to get the blood moving and then 3 warm up sets of biceps and chest with hands in different positions. 3 working supersets with two of those sets being strip sets.

          Bench press/preacher curl
          Decline bench/BB curl/ hanging leg raise
          Seated wide grip chest press/hammer curl/incline situps
          Pec deck fly/overhead cable curl/ab roller


          Legs and shoulders tomorrow.

            I did a bunch of deadlifts and then rolled the dice on Wodster and came up with a workout called Noah Wood....

            7 rounds

            20 back squat 95lbs
            4 chest to bar pullups

            Rest 10mins

            3 rounds

            9 burpees
            6 30" box jumps

            Took me 26:10. Legs are already tight, going to be sore tomorrow.

                Just finished up my monday full body. Monday is full body with leg focus.

                Lying Leg Curl
                Pulldown
                BB Curl
                Leg Extension

                Finishing with a 20min sit in the sauna..

                This 5/week full body with daily specific focus is awesome. I love not having a dedicated leg day. Full body pumps are crazy..

                I throw in cardio on 3 days a week.

                      Back and legs this morning. I ran out of time and didn't get it all done, but I'll make up for it tomorrow. Treadmill, bicycle, adduction machine and 3 warm up sets followed by three working sets of which two sets were strip sets.

                      T-bar row/leg extension/incline situp
                      Body weight ring pullups/prone leg curl/ab roller
                      Inverse grip plank row/front squat/hanging leg raise

                        Finally woke up at my alarm!

                        Rolled into the gym at 5:20 and knocked out a solid Back and Core workout.

                        Avoided Bi's because I think that is to much of a overload for my right arm.

                        Chicken and rice for lunch to keep it healthy.

                        Tomorrow is legs!

                          You as well! Training volume is beyond what is sustainable and I am burned out. I have 2 hard build weeks left before taper, and then things should get mentally easier.
