??? Best Way To Season A Cooking Disc ???

Any one have any tips on the best way to season a cooking disc. A friend of mine gave me one a few years ago and it has been setting in my garage every since. I think its about time to do some cooking with that thing. All I need to do is season it and I'm ready to go. As always, thanks in advance.
