Think I have a fairly simple question...
On my current place I have a 55 gal spin feeder with an ancient timer that works when it wants to and a an empty 650 lb HB feeder sitting next to it.. When I set them up originally I thought I wanted to feed protein. The deer didn't show interest at all and in reality my place and the neighbors don't support the need for protein.
So I think I want to pull the 55 gal down and use it else where after I replace the timer.
I thought about selling the HB but would rather convert it to a corn spin feeder. That way I don't have to fill as often either since I have a very busy schedule.
Would it be as simple as picking up one of these:http://www.ultramaticfeeders.com/timers.html
and attaching it to the HB?
The ultramatic feeder website even shows my specfic HB with that spinner/timer.
This isn't exactly rocket surgery but I figured I'd ask before I start ordering things
