Thanks for all the advice. Double G I did start off with 340 axis and I was closer to 1/2". My arrows are cut exactly to 29". I will move rest back out to 13/16 and walk back tune. How far do you all walk back tune too?

Your spine is fine with that arrow vs your draw length and weight so that's clearly off the table. As previously stated:
Start from scratch and set the suggested center shot. If it won't tune then there could be a shimming issue. Hoyt had a ton of problems with it last year so it does happen. I'd like to see what the cams look like at full draw. There have been several good possibilities posted so it's a process of elimination, regardless you need a new dealer if the current guy thinks it's okay.
