Age?

How old is this buck? My first thought was 4.5 but it looks like a buck that disappeared a few years ago at 3.

I don't think he's young. He looks 3.5-4.5 by the body but his face says older. First pics were in December so he was already run down from the rut. I'm sure he looked a lot different in October.

I have him at 6.5 if its the buck I think it is. He will get shot this year if I see him and still have a buck tag.

Thanks, I just hope he sticks around until next season. He hasn't been on camera since 2014 until this season. He was pretty consistent for a couple weeks when he first showed up again and suddenly disappeared mid December. A buck was hit on the highway around the same time and I assumed it was him but he just showed up again so hopefully he stays around this time. I'll post some pics of what I think is him at 3.5 tomorrow.
