I posted the hunt pics last September.
We got the head back in April.
We got the hide back from the tanner in June.
Then we went to the boot maker in Fredericksburg in early July to get the fitting done and pick all the boot design features. The boot maker said that the people that did the hide did such a good job that he could make two pairs of boots and a wallet for the wife and a belt for me and maybe a holster for my 1911!
Here is the final product. We are THRILLED with the outcome.
