No tag or brand? You know their considered live stock in Texas.

For purposes of the estray laws (where I assume you are headed with this comment), they must be marked conspicuously so as to be read or identified from a long distance. The markings must identify the animal as property of the claimant. Then you must report the sighting to the sheriff.

Otherwise....they are just exotic animals to be taken on sight.
