    Definitely watching this.

Definitely following. Love the app and the addition to listen off the local repeaters.

Getting that Annular look, and Cat 5 isn't out of the question for tonight. Yikes.

I was fixing to post that Skinny. Thanks for getting that up. It's not official but it looks like recon has found category 5 winds and Irma will be upgraded to a major cat 5 storm. She will continue to thrive in a low shear environment with plenty of warm water to work with. Pretty scary situation as she approaches the Leeward Islands. I would be puckered up something fierce if I lived in Florida, specifically southern Florida.

The overnight Euro run has her hitting the western side of south Florida opposed to skirting the Eastern side of South Florida in its previous run. Models are starting to show Irma sniffing the Gulf.

This isn't looking good at all. I hope something changes and sends her north and quickly.

And here is the latest GFS run. It has Irma slamming into south Florida and the eyewall rakes the entire East coast of Florida as she moves off to the North. Pick your poison.

Praying for a good breeze to turn her north and blow her away from the US.

Irma is now a dangerous 175 mph category 5 hurricane.
