We're down a vehicle right now. I don't have time to go to one here in Dallas. Have to get home to pick up the granddaughter from school. I wish we had Albertson's in Allen.

Burleson Home Depot will start charcoal sales 5-25-017 to 5-30-2017.

Two 18.6 lb bags for $9.88.

And the Tiki bamboo torches for $1.88 each. I'm a Thermacell fan. But when you have a group or large party, it makes some people feel better to see the tiki torchs out.

Gonna need three briskets but not till a week from friday for my daughter's graduation party Saturday the 3rd. I guess I better buy 'em now while they're available and on sale. Think I should freeze and thaw them or just stash in the fridge till time to cook next Friday?

You can do either but beef is fine kept in a cold fridge that long.

The Thermacell lanterns that usually sell for just under $30 are currently on sale for just under $20 at HD.

(Also, to keep away mosquitos from the party, there's a combo pack of Cutter hose-end concentrate and fogger that together cost less than just the hose end bottle does normally.)

I picked up 4 briskets and 6 racks of spare ribs to stock up at Kroger. Brisket was $1.67/pound. The spare ribs rang up at $0.68/pound, a smokin' deal!

I also got Kingsford charcoal at Academy. Two pack was $7.99
