Newton county has a lot of public bowhunting only land and I was just seeing if anyone hunts there and had any luck.

I believe it is around 25,000 or so bow only. I really don't know the whole place just a couple 1000 a friend of my and I hunt. I shot a spike nothing to brag about. Just wondering what might be out there!!!Comment

Didnt hunt it this year, but next year I will be there.
One of the tracts is only about 5 miles from my lease so I dont have any excuse for not checking it out.
Give me a shout some time and maybe we could go do some scouting out that way.Comment
