Looks really good and I have a freezer full of white bass and crappie I need to get onto so will try this sometime this week. One thing I have become a huge believer in and it maybe personal preference but refried beans must have either bacon fat or butter and seasoning added to make them perfect.

I won't argue with you about the beans. I like to add butter and a little milk to make them creamy, too. I just kept it very simple this time.
