Lots of good songs above, but how has God Blessed Texas, by Little Texas been left off of this list. And I have to agree with Charlie Rich about John Denver.

A lot of good one's mentioned here. One of my favorite isn't played much but it gives me chills when I hear it. It's "River in the Rain" by Roger Miller.

Kinky Friedman wrote "Wild Man from Borneo" . Awesome song.

Some songs just touch your heart.

Stoney LaRue's new song, 'Look at Me Fly' rocks my world atm. It just does.

Stoney kicks glutious maximus.

Most singers and songwriters would say "faded love" is the best country ever and I would agree with them.

My favorite though
Sonora's death row- REK
Wild horse salloon- Ryan Bingham (good luck finding this one as its not on any available album but I do have it on mp3)
