Saw it on my way home from work this morning in North Austin. It was similar to a flash of lightning but it wasn't lightning.

I saw it from my tree stand here in Christoval. I thought it was a really big shooting star. It looked like it broke apart into a couple of different pieces. Pretty cool to see

I saw it this morning in Coryell County! Unbelievable sight. I've never seen anything like it before.

All you sissies in pop ups. I was on my tripod...it lit up the sky...I looked up in time to see it streaking across the sky with a big trailer. When I got back to camp it was on the news...reports of the sighting in Austin and SA. It was the German satellite. it was quite the experience.
