I got my doe back from cinnamon creek ranch and discovered instead of chili size grinding all the trim they actually made chili seasoned meat out of all of it.
I normally do my own seasoning and leave it ground to chili size so I can make whatever I want out of it. That’ll teach me to assume they understood what I meant.
So who gets the CCR chili seasoned meat and how do you prefer to cook with it.
