Shoulder pain question

Before I head to the doc and spend a ton a money, I want yall's opinion..

Backstory - never had any shoulder issues at all. About a month ago, I got into a pretty bad fight at work. After it and for a day or two, I didn't realize anything wrong.

Then one day, I lift my right arm and have the slightest of a pain, deep in the socket. It doesn't hurt all the time, just when I lift my arm to the front and side. I can't get my arm half way to shoulder height and it starts hurting. When i say "hurt" it doesnt mean extreme.. just a twinge of something isnt right.

My boy tossed me a football the other day and I went to throw it back and wow.. that was not a fun experience.

I can fight through most of it, ie - still lifting weights, but i definitely know its there.

What's yall's tbh diagnosis?

Magnesium oil worked wonders on a shoulder injury/pain I had for years. Bought it at Whole Foods. Apply before bedtime.

Prolly labrum or rotator cuff. Go get an MRI. If it's one of these it won't fix itself

Nope, no pain other than deep in the joint.. everything else is all good.
