Default Cold weather gear for women?

What are some good warm bibs for women? I bought my wife a set from academy last year and she still gets cold. She dresses in layers. I am mainly wanting these for fishing, she doesn't hunt. So they don't need to be camo.

I bought my wife a set of Sanctuary bibs and Jacket from First Lite. They only have men's sizes, but the Small fits perfect. She used them on our snow goose hunt in NE Arkansas and never got cold. It was 14* with about a 10 mph wind all weekend.

The Kryptek Aegis bibs are the warmest I’ve ever worn. Almost too warm for stand hunting in Texas, but they sure do take wind and rain out of the equation. A little heavy, but most truly warm bibs are.
