The boy is super excited about his new compound

Took him to Granger 2 weeks ago for camping and hog hunting. The 5 words that will forever live into my heart:
"Just one more minute, please!?"

He has finally gotten excited about hunting and getting out in the woods. Took 6 years but has all been worth it!

Oh, check out his idea to grill burgers in 20mph winds! Said he needed to keep the heat in to properly cook the meat. He is becoming more interested in science as well thanks to 'Smarter Every Day' on youtube. I told him he can only watch informative channels on YouTube and he had to explain the process to me afterwards. No more 'Dude Perfect', thank God!

Good For You! I'm right with you having a 10yr. old. Everyday my goal is less devices and more outdoors and a lot of days it's a huge battle. Not the same world we grew up in.
