Dave- that Red Wing shop on South Lamar is good to go. I was fitted there two years ago and am very pleased. They recommended an insole etc... really fit good.
    I was buying work boots.

Update: 9:28/17 Got something that will work!

Hi guys: I made it to the Red Wing store this afternoon and found some boots that I think will work for me: size 11 EE waterproof work boots with square toes. They have some features I didn't want like steel toes and I would have preferred a Vibram sole like for hunting, but they're waterproof, pull ones and are pretty comfortable. They're pricey at $199.00 + $60.00 for orthotics but after such a long and unsuccessful search I'm happy to find them.

Thanks again to all of you for your advice and support.

        Regards,

        Dave
